Geological characteristic
Dry chalky soils generally named “Caillottes”.
Grape variety
100% Sauvignon.
Colour and alcohol content
Deep yellow tinged with green glints. Alcohol : 12,5% vol.
Vinification process
Hand-picked harvest. Slow vinification at low temperature with tartaric precipitation. Bottling is started early in
order to keep aromas.

Acidity : 4,7 g/l - Sulphur : 35 mg/l (indicative measures)
Tasting notes
Nice floral nose discreet but long lasting. It is a special “Sancerre” which allies the subtility of smell,
a tang of soil, and a rich and long lasting taste in the mouth. It should be consumed cool, around 8 - 10°C.
