Geological characteristic
Calcareous and clayey soils with sometimes silex known as “Perruches”.
Grape variety
100% white Sauvignon.
Colour and alcohol content
Pale yellow with slight green shades - Alcohol : 12% vol.
Vinification process
Vinification under controlled temperature in order to develop the maximum aromas. Storage for three months
in stainless steel vats for a perfect preservation of the young and refreshing qualities of this wine.

Tasting notes
As all the Sauvignon, this wine develops green apple aromas as well as broom flower flavours. Young and
refreshing, it shows a good roundness in mouth. Most appreciated if drunk within the year following its
vintage. Serving temperature around 10°c.
