Geological characteristic
Gravels from old terraces, sandy and calcareous silts.
Grape variety
100% black Gamay with white juice.Colour and alcohol content
Vivid ruby red, slightly cherry-coloured. Alcohol : 12% vol.Vinification process
Harvest at a ripening stage. Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature with carbonic maceration and malolactic fermentation. Maturing in underground tanks and bottling at the beginning of the spring to keep the flavors.

It is a young delicate and refreshing wine. Soft and vivid smell with a good balanced and fruity (cherry, raspberry) taste in mouth. Elegant wine with a long-lasting after-taste. Serving temperature around 14°c.Contient des sulfites
