Vivid ruby red, slightly cherry-coloured. Alcohol : 12% vol.
Harvest at a ripening stage. Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature with carbonic maceration and malolactic fermentation. Maturing in underground tanks and bottling at the beginning of the spring to keep the flavors.
Acidity : 3.70 gr/l – SO2 (free) : 30 mg/l (indicative analysis data)
It is a young delicate and refreshing wine. Soft and vivid smell with a good balanced and fruity (cherry, raspberry) taste in mouth. Elegant wine with a long-lasting after-taste. Serving temperature around 14°c.Contient des sulfites
